Corporate Tax Senior Manager – London This forward thinking accountancy practice are seeking an ambitious, confident individual with strong corporate tax knowledge to join the growing Corporate Tax Team. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to provide corporate tax services to a diverse client portfolio across various sectors. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering high-quality tax services, and overseeing the development of team members within the department. Key Responsibilities: Review tax provisions, accounting schedules, and final tax computations. Prepare advisory work on a range of business tax issues, including international expansion, share schemes, and group restructuring. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service. Manage WIP and billing for your clients, ensuring commercial recoveries. Potentially manage direct reports, including conducting appraisals. Participate in special projects, such as due diligence, tender proposals, and tax marketing initiatives. People Management: You will play a key role in managing and developing the team, with opportunities to mentor junior staff. The firm values personal development and offers internal and external training, as well as professional updates. Opportunities: Career progression within the department is merit-based, with ample scope for advancement as the department continues to grow. Progression is reviewed annually.
