Position

The Global Process Owner (GPO) Accounts Payable Analyst will collaborate closely with the GPO Accounts Payable Senior Manager to support various strategic projects, primarily focusing on ongoing technology implementation initiatives within the Accounts Payable (AP) process.

Key responsibilities include data collection, documentation of the current As-Is process, and assisting in the design of future state solutions that align with our goals to globalize, centralize, and standardize operations.

The GPO Accounts Payable Analyst is expected to be an agile, clear, and independent thinker who has a natural curiosity about end-to-end processes, possesses an analytical mindset, and can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering key requirements from cross-functional teams to support new process design.
  • Collecting and analyzing process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Writing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents.
  • Support new process/technology implementation including testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
  • Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field required
  • 2+ years’ experience in business process analysis and project management, preferably in an Accounts Payable environment
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (e. g. green belt, black belt, master black belt or other) desirable
  • Strong self-starter, able to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight and direction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management and customers.
