Cedar Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst for a Public Sector organisation in the Midlands to support the implementation of a new operating model across Children's services.
This is a business change and service improvement role that will involve working closely with service teams and stakeholders to design processes, identify gaps and improve ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document current and future processes, including referral pathways and business support functions.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and current ways of working.
- Identify process gaps, duplication and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support process redesign and implementation of the new operating model.
- Produce clear process maps and operational documentation.
Essential Experience
- Strong Business Analysis and process mapping experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience in working within a local government setting.
- Knowledge of Lean, Agile, Service Design or similar methodologies.
- Children's Services, Social Care or SEND experience.
- Possess strong operational/process improvement experience.
