Our client, a prominent player in the Telecoms industry, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join their finance team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process, contributing to the overall financial health and smooth operation of the organization. Key Responsibilities – Manage and oversee the billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. – Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries promptly. – Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing workflows. – Generate detailed reports and provide data analysis using Excel at an advanced level. – Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address any billing concerns. About You – 4 to 5 years minimum experience in a similar Billings Analyst position. – Previous experience using Netsuite, Salesforce or similar is desirable but not essential. – A solid understanding of the end-to-end billing process and associated best practices. – Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables and data analysis. – Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities. – Strong communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
