Role: Billings Analyst Location: Telford or Milton Keynes or London Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm Hybrid: 2 to 3 Days in the Office Payrate: £160 – £200 per day (DOE) Start Date: January 2025 End Date: August 2025 Are you a skilled Billings Analyst looking for your next challenge? Our client, a prominent player in the Telecoms industry, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join their finance team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process, contributing to the overall financial health and smooth operation of the organization. Key Responsibilities – Manage and oversee the billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. – Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries promptly. – Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing workflows. – Generate detailed reports and provide data analysis using Excel at an advanced level. – Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address any billing concerns. About You – 4 to 5 years minimum experience in a similar Billings Analyst position. – Previous experience using Netsuite, Salesforce or similar is desirable but not essential. – A solid understanding of the end-to-end billing process and associated best practices. – Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables and data analysis. – Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities. – Strong communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
