It combines the variety and technical challenge of advisory work with the commercial exposure, ownership and stakeholder interaction typically associated with an in-house role. A leading professional services firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join a specialist team supporting private markets clients across a wide range of US and international tax, reporting and operational matters. This is a broad, commercially focused position working with investment managers and their fund structures across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines technical tax advisory work with oversight of ongoing tax processes, transaction support and direct interaction with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced tax professionals on complex international matters while helping clients navigate evolving tax and reporting requirements. Rather than delivering isolated projects, you'll develop long-term relationships with clients and play an active role in supporting their day-to-day tax function. What's on offer? The essential skill is with US tax and Tax ops especially w-8 forms and/ or FATCA/ CRS entity classification.
