- Work closely with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities and drive adoption.
- Manage product enhancements through the full delivery lifecycle within a DevOps and continuous improvement environment.
- Define and monitor KPIs, measuring performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and future growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys and how the product integrates across digital and contact centre channels.

- Experience delivering and deploying products across multiple countries and regions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across different cultures and business functions.
- Commercially aware and customer-focused, understanding how technical decisions impact business outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and aligning diverse stakeholder groups around a common vision.
- Strong communication skills, equally confident engaging with engineering teams and senior business leaders.
What Success Looks Like
The successful individual will be:
- A natural relationship builder who quickly establishes credibility and trust.
- Collaborative, approachable and able to influence without direct authority.
- Adaptable and comfortable working across different regions and ways of operating.
- Pragmatic and solutions-oriented, able to challenge requirements constructively.
- Someone with a proven track record of taking products from concept through to successful implementation, rollout and adoption.
- Equally comfortable discussing integrations and architecture as they are business strategy and customer experience.
This is an opportunity to own a mature product with a significant global growth agenda and play a key role in scaling a business-critical capability internationally.
