You will be joining a collaborative delivery team supporting digitally-led supply chain transformation across TPM, inventory, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and contribute to supply chain network design and optimisation projects across manufacturing, warehouse, and transport flows.
- Use specialist tools (e.g. Coupa SCGX, Llamasoft, Optilogic, Log-Hub, Paragon) to model and deliver network strategy and supply chain transformation.
- Conduct inventory optimisation, routing strategy, and warehouse layout analysis.
- Translate complex data-sets into actionable insights using SQL, Access, or similar tools (Excel not sufficient for data volumes).
- Partner with internal teams and external contractors to turn models into deployed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across supply chain and strategy functions, bridging the gap between technical modelling and strategic decision-making.
- 5-6+ years of experience in supply chain strategy and/or logistics consulting.
- Proven expertise in network design/optimisation - particularly for large retail or FMCG supply chains.
- Hands-on use of network design/optimisation software (Coupa SCGX, Llamasoft, Optilogic, Log-Hub, Paragon, etc.).
- Strong digital and analytical skills - confident using SQL and/or MS Access to manipulate large data-sets.
- Exposure to TPM and broader transformation programmes desirable.
- Stakeholder management skills - able to operate across operational and strategic levels.
- Well-networked, commercially aware, and confident working independently.
- Experience with tools like Python, Power BI, Tableau, Data Guru, or Google Big Query.
- Prince2 and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
- Prior experience delivering in both consultancy and line management roles.
