The Role: The Senior FP&A Manager will own the FP&A agenda, leading the planning cycle whilst enhancing reporting, modelling and commercial insight across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll translate financial performance into clear, actionable insight, helping drive better decision-making during a period of significant change.   • Partnering with business leaders to improve financial understanding and challenge performance.

  • Driving continuous improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and planning.
  • Acting as the central FP&A partner across the organisation.

Your Profile: Proven FP&A experience within a complex commercial environment. Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability. A commercially focused finance professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insight. Comfortable operating autonomously in a standalone role. Confident influencing senior stakeholders across both finance and the wider business. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or international equivalent). International business experience would be advantageous. Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity would be beneficial.
