What You will Bring:
- Procurement expertise: Strong background in contract management within digitally evolving organisations.
- Digital know-how: Practical experience with Ivalua and SAP Ariba (especially S2C and CLM modules), and a deep understanding of data migration and metadata management.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power BI for handling data and documents.
- Governance understanding: Familiarity with public procurement frameworks and compliance, ideally including the Public Sector Procurement Act 23
- Collaboration strengths: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills – even without direct authority.

- Enable smarter contracts: Use Ivalua\’s collaborative tools to manage contract templates, clause libraries, and version control – ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate for impact: Work closely with category leads, legal, finance, digital teams, and suppliers to fill gaps, resolve discrepancies, and drive quality.
- Shape the future: Identify opportunities to improve and future-proof contract lifecycle processes and contribute to new standard operating procedures.
