Treasury Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead and develop a modern Group Treasury function within an international organisation.

You will take ownership of global treasury activities, including cash and liquidity management, FX, financing, banking relationships and financial risk, while providing strategic insight to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead treasury strategy, policies, controls and governance.
  • Own global cash management and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Manage debt, financing facilities, covenants and refinancing.
  • Oversee FX, interest rate, counterparty and liquidity risk.
  • Build strong relationships with banks and treasury providers.
  • Drive automation, technology and process improvements.
  • Improve reporting and visibility of cash and financial risk.
  • Partner with international finance teams and senior stakeholders.

About You

You will be an experienced treasury professional with:

  • Significant treasury and treasury risk management experience.
  • Strong cash-flow forecasting and financial analysis skills.
  • Experience with banking relationships, debt and FX.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and commercial capability.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of delivery.
  • Relevant degree-level and/or treasury qualifications.
