Cedar are supporting a Public Sector client, based in Buckinghamshire, who are looking to hire several Sourcing Managers to join their growing team. These roles are permanent job opportunities offering a salary of £55,000 per annum and a range of great benefits (more details can be provided on request). This role will operate on a hybrid working basis with the expectation to be on-site 3 days per week (one of which is a Thursday for Team Days, the other 2 are flexible).

Reporting into the Head of Sourcing, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading high value and complex sourcing projects for requirements covering Corporate Services - examples of requirements you will support will cover i.e. HR, Occupational Health, Training, Facilities, Professional Services, Insurance and Consultancy.

You will be hands on with running the full end to end sourcing process, covering pre-market engagement, drafting sourcing strategies, tender documentation through to evaluation and award - the focus is to deliver value for money and ensure compliance with internal processes and PA23.

Part of the role will require you to build and manage key relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to continually deliver value, innovation and compliance.

Candidates applying MUST HAVE:

  • Experience working in a similar role in the UK Public Sector Procurement marketplace is required.
