- Duration: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Central London (Hybrid)Salary: £75,000pa - £80,000pa + Benefits We are exclusively partnering with a high-growth digital subscription business to appoint an experienced Head of Operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for operational strategy, content and platform operations, data and reporting, third-party supplier management, governance, and operational excellence.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will drive scalable processes, optimise workflows, enhance data-led decision making, and ensure the business is well positioned for its next phase of growth.
Key requirements: Senior operations leadership experience within streaming, digital media, broadcast or a comparable digital content environment.
Strong understanding of digital content workflows, platform operations and operational delivery.
Experience managing external technology and service partners.
Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong data, process improvement and operational governance experience.
Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and digital media operations is advantageous.
