Leicester | Office Based | Full-Time or Part-Time
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a privately owned family office supporting the personal wealth affairs of two business owners and their families.
The role will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting, administration and financial management of a well-established family wealth structure comprising investment companies, trusts, property holdings, cash and investment assets. This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining accurate records, overseeing financial administration and ensuring the efficient ongoing management of established wealth and tax structures.
This appointment represents the first dedicated family office hire and will play a key role in providing professional stewardship of the family's financial affairs.
The Family Office
The family has built significant wealth through a successful trading business. Funds are invested through separate family investment companies held via trusts, allowing each owner to manage their family's wealth independently.
The family's assets primarily consist of:
Family investment companies
Trust structures
UK property investments
Cash deposits and banking arrangements
Investment portfolios
The core tax and restructuring work has already been implemented, supported by external advisers. The focus of this role is therefore on ongoing management, record-keeping, administration and oversight rather than leading complex tax planning projects.

Manage accounting and administration for: Family investment companies
