We are partnering with a London-based organisation undergoing a period of cultural and organisational change and are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to support on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly assess learning needs, design practical training solutions and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful impact.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering a broad range of mandatory and awareness-based training, including suicide awareness, disability awareness, sexual harassment and governance-related programmes
- Creating clear, structured training plans aligned to organisational priorities
- Leading and managing L&D activity to support cultural change and transformation
- Ensuring strong governance, compliance and consistency across all learning activity
- Managing and maintaining learning content through a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Partnering closely with the hiring manager and wider stakeholders, confidently sharing ideas, challenging thinking and shaping learning solutions
Key experience required:
- Proven L&D management experience in a complex or changing organisation
- Strong background in designing and delivering both classroom and digital learning
- Experience supporting organisational transformation and behaviour change
- Confidence working at pace, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
