We are exclusively partnering a leading Financial Institution start-up seeking an experienced Head of Finance Data, Analytics & MI to lead its Management Information, Financial Analytics and Performance Insight function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible role responsible for transforming financial and operational data into meaningful commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business. They offer great flexibility being a predominantly work from home business looking for someone to visit their central London location 1 day per week with travel being paid for.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Finance Data, Analytics & MI function, building a high-performing and commercially focused team.
- Develop and execute the organisation's Finance MI and Analytics strategy, aligning reporting with wider business objectives.
- Own the production of Executive and Board-level financial and operational performance reporting.
- Deliver insightful analysis across revenue, profitability, productivity, cost performance and key business metrics.
