Cedar has partnered with a prestigious and luxury hotel who are recruiting for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst for a newly created position. This exciting opportunity focuses on driving financial performance through strategic analysis, effective planning, and commercial insights. The role offers high visibility and impact, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to transformative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Deliver high-quality financial reports and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Analyse and challenge assumptions to support strategic goals with actionable recommendations.
- Own the month-end forecast process and produce financial analysis and reporting.
- Partner with leaders to provide insight into operations and drive performance improvements.
- Support commercial projects and identify opportunities to enhance processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Working towards CIMA or ACCA.
- At least 12 months of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance (hospitality experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of OneStream or similar FP&A tools is highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and prioritise tasks under pressure.
- High attention to detail and the ability to present insights clearly to drive decision-making.
