Partner – Energy Practice | Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations

A leading specialist consultancy is looking for an entrepreneurial Partner to shape and grow its Energy practice.
With an established energy portfolio and a strong track record in procurement, supply chain and operations, the firm has the foundations in place. Now, it’s looking for someone with the market knowledge, relationships and ambition to take the practice into its next phase of growth.

The opportunity
You’ll take the lead in developing the practice, choosing where to focus and shaping how the firm supports clients across the energy market.
Your remit will include:
- Defining and delivering a growth strategy around your energy sector expertise
- Winning new clients through your network and developing existing accounts
- Shaping consulting engagements across procurement, supply chain, operational improvement and value creation
- Working with delivery specialist to turn client commitments into measurable results
- Contributing to the wider firm’s strategy alongside fellow Partners
The person
You may already be a Partner or a Senior Director ready for greater commercial responsibility and the opportunity to build a practice.
Your background will be in procurement, supply chain and/or operations consulting, with strong energy sector experience. Expertise in oil and gas or renewables would be particularly relevant.
You’ll have personally won and grown consulting engagements, built trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and demonstrated that you can turn those relationships into revenue.
You’ll also have a clear view of where the opportunities are and what it takes to win them. Your network and reputation will matter as much as the firms you’ve worked for.
