Cedar is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business to recruit a Finance Manager into a newly created role. With the business on a buy-and-build journey, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad finance remit and help strengthen processes and controls as the group expands.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll manage a small team in a hands-on role with responsibility for delivering accurate reporting across multiple Group entities.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, preparing management accounts and draft statutory financial statements.
Reviewing balance-sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and lease schedules.
Managing multi-currency accounting, intercompany reconciliations and FX movements.
Overseeing payroll processing and accounting, while supporting cash forecasting,
