Contracts Officer London, Hybrid | £36,000-£40,000 | Permanent Cedar Recruitment are currently supporting a Public Sector organisation in London to recruit a Contracts Officer on a hybrid basis , to oversee a range of building contracts. This role offers the opportunity to manage contractor performance, ensure compliance and deliver value for money across a range of services. Main Duties: Manage building services contracts, including planned and reactive maintenance. Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and statutory requirements. Oversee contract variations, quotations, budgets and expenditure. Conduct contract reviews, audits and site inspections to ensure compliance. Support procurement, tendering, contract renewals and financial reporting. Essential Requirements: Experience managing building services or facilities management contracts within the public sector. Strong knowledge of contractor performance, KPIs, SLAs and compliance. Experience in budget monitoring, cost control and financial reporting. Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills. Confident managing competing priorities and challenging contractors when required.
