Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Services Director to join a well established and growing professional services organisation. This role offers an opportunity to lead within a developing business unit, delivering high-quality outsourced finance services to an international client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting and payroll services
  • Support clients with operations across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Coordinate with offshore/shared service teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance on cross-border financial reporting
  • Contribute to business planning and the continued growth of the GBS function

Candidate Profile

  • Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Experience working in an SSC, GBS or COE is essential
  • Exposure to sectors such as Technology, Renewables, Life Sciences, Real Estate, or Financial Services
  • Demonstrated experience in professional services outsourcing
  • Experience supporting internationally operating organisations
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
