VAT Advisory Manager – London (Hybrid, 2 Days in the Office) A top 20 UK chartered accountancy firm is seeking an experienced VAT Advisory Manager to join their growing Indirect Tax team. This is a career-enhancing opportunity focused primarily on VAT advisory work , with only two days a week required in the London office . The VAT team is led by a Partner and includes a Manager, a Senior and a Trainee. The department provides specialist VAT advice across a wide range of sectors and complex matters, including property transactions, charities, e-commerce, and international services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert VAT advice on issues such as property transactions, charity VAT treatment, place of supply, and digital/e-commerce taxation. Draft instructions to Tax Counsel on technical matters, structuring, and disputes. Manage complex VAT cases, including those progressing to ADR or tribunal stage.
