The Service
Croft Communities provides Supported Living support to adults with learning disabilities. We support 28 people to live as independently as possible within their community, including assistance with daily activities, work/day placements, social interactions, and maintaining family connections.
The Role
As part of the Living Options services, the Team Leader will support the Registered Manager to meet regulatory standards, develop care/support plans, manage budgets, mentor staff, and work flexibly including unsociable hours and public holidays.

Essential Criteria
- Professional qualification such as Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or relevant Degree, registered or eligible for registration with NISCC or HCPC.
- Two yearsβ experience in social care supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of needs of people with learning and physical disabilities.
- Effective communication and IT skills.
