The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Team Leader (Days) Job Ref: 25-009-TLCL-CROFT-WEB Job Role: Team Leader – Days Location: Croft Communities, 71 Bloomfield Road, Bangor, BT20 4UR Salary: £13.74 per-hour Hours: 24.5 hours per-week (2 x 12 hour 15 minute shifts) (7:45am – 8:00pm) Flexibility is required to ensure the needs of the service are met. discussed further at interview stage. We are currently offering a Welcome Bonus up to £250 (pro rata): The bonus will be £100 on successful completion of 6 months\’ service and a further £150 on the first anniversary totalling £250. The Service Croft Communities Residential & Respite Services provide residential support to adults with learning disabilities. Croft Lodge is a seven bed wheelchair friendly respite unit which provides adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to come and enjoy a break with us. This service provides 24 hour tailored care and allows main carers to avail of a break to recharge. The Role As part of the Living Options Services, the Team Leader will be a part of the management team and will support the Registered Manager to meet the Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and DHSSPS Residential Care Homes Minimum Standards, August 2011. They will: Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs. Support the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care and support. Support with the management budgets and resources. The Team Leader will mentor and supervise the Support Team. Team Leaders must be available to work flexibly and be available to work unsociable hours and public holidays on a rotational basis. Benefits Annual Leave 6.4 weeks days pro rata in each leave year (inclusive of statutory days). This increases to 7.4 weeks after 5 years\’ service and 7.8 weeks after 10 years\’ service. Annual incremental pay increases on agreed salary scale. Auto-enrolment pension scheme, 5% employee contribution and 4% employer contribution.
