Job Role: ICT Service Manager (Temporary for approx. 18 months, subject to review)
Location: Head Office, 1 Ravenhill Reach, Belfast, BT6 8RB
Agile Working Option / Working from Home
Salary: £40,476 - £45,718 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: 37 Hours per Week Monday - Thursday (9-5pm) Friday (9-4.30pm)

The Role: The Cedar Foundation has approx. 650 employees and delivers a range of services that enable people with disabilities to get the most out of life and to be fully included in their communities. Our services are centred around the individual needs of each person and are delivered throughout Northern Ireland. The ICT Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the charity's ICT infrastructure and ensuring the effective delivery of ICT services, providing high-quality management, maintenance, support, and development of ICT support services. This includes managing the relationship with an external third-party ICT service provider, ensuring high standards of service, and aligning technology with the charity's strategic objectives. The ICT Service Manager will be capable of working on their own initiative in a cross-functional team environment. They will be self-motivated, utilising their time management skills to work to deadlines under pressure.

Essential Criteria:
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent in an Information Technology discipline or a 3rd Level qualification (HNC/HND or comparable) in a Computer related subject with three years' experience in an IT role.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in ICT service management.
- Experience of user management, Office 365 licensing and security, helpdesk and asset management, file and data management (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), software licence management.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in achieving and maintaining Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
- Experience of: Helpdesk role. Desktop deployment, support and administration. PC data migration. Implementation and support of PC peripherals e.g., printers/scanners.
