Location: Twisel Lodge, 19A Church Ave, Holywood, BT18 9BJ

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: Bank – as and when required. Flexibility to work within the rota system, including evenings and weekends.

About the Service

Twisel Lodge in Holywood Co. Down is a residential home, registered with RQIA, providing services for 8 adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. We also operate a respite facility for additional care breaks.

Role Overview

As part of the caring team, you will help create and maintain a caring and safe environment, ensuring the personal care and social needs of the residents are fulfilled.

Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 6 months caring experience (paid employment or personal caring responsibilities).
  • Effective verbal and written communication, including numeracy skills.

  • Awareness of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities.
