We are seeking a proactive and versatile Self Employed Carpenter who can also carry out general maintenance and repair across our properties. This role offers the flexibility of self-employment while delivering vital support to ensure our properties remain functional, safe, and well-maintained.
Typical work may include:
Carpentry and joinery
General repairs and maintenance
Painting and decorating
Minor plumbing and carpentry
Fixing doors, locks, handles and fittings
Flat-pack assembly and general installation
Basic electrical jobs where appropriately qualified
General property upkeep and odd jobs
Experienced and practical
Reliable, punctual and professional
Able to work independently
Has their own basic tools and vehicle
Ideally has experience working in rental properties
References and proof of relevant qualifications/insurance may be required.
