Guest Service Host
At Cedar Court Hotels we pride ourselves on delivering Yorkshire hospitality at its finest. We are looking to recruit a full time (40 hours) Guest Service Host to join our Bradford Team, with their main focus being on each and every customer that walks through the door.
Our Guest Services Hosts provide the highest level of customer service to clients and customers, whilst ensuring that Front of House areas are running smoothly
What you\’ll be doing
- Providing assistance with the self check-in and check-out process for our residents
- Serving residents and guests in our lounge, bar and restaurant during busy periods
- Escorting visitors to their conference rooms and ensuring all their requirements are met
- Assisting with conference and event set up and clear own as and when required
What we\’re looking for
In a nutshell, you\’ll need to be an allrounder – a good communicator, confident and happy to engage with guests, visitors and staff at all levels. A hospitality background would be an advantage, but if you have a have a passion for ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer satisfaction, and have a bubbly personality, we\’d love to hear from you.
We want our guests to have a real home from home experience, with their every need catered for, so, you will need to be friendly, display great confidence, be multi-talented and highly skilled in delivering exceptional levels of service. Due to the nature of our business, you can expect to be working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
