About the Role
We\’re on the lookout for a forward-thinking, people-powered leader to take our People & Culture strategy to the next level. This multi-site role is all about impact – shaping culture, driving performance, and championing our people every step of the way.
You\’ll be the go-to for all things people: from talent attraction and onboarding to wellbeing, learning, and development. Partnering with senior leaders and our People Director, you\’ll deliver strategic guidance while staying close to the heartbeat of day-to-day operations.

Your Qualifications and Experience
To thrive in this role, you\’ll need:
- A minimum of CIPD Level 5 or prepared to complete this qualification with our support
- Proven multi-site experience
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems
- A progressive mindset and a passion for people
- Expertise across the employee lifecycle
- A strong track record in employee relations, talent development, and L&D
