Account Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (up to 6 months) Hybrid role (3 days in office). We are looking for an Account Assistant to support the Tesco team at Cedar. You will be joining one of Cedar’s largest and most innovative accounts, working with and learning from some of the top talent in the industry. We work across the strategy and production of Tesco’s content programme, covering print, digital and media partnerships.

We are looking for an Account Assistant who can primarily support the team in the smooth running of our operations in our office and studio space. You don’t need tons of experience, but we are looking for someone who is very organised with a good eye for detail and able to operate independently at a fast pace and knows their way around an Excel Spreadsheet. As a team, we are highly collaborative and have a strong learning culture. We like to give people ownership of their work while providing as much support as required. We aim to always be kind and down-to-earth in our approach and have a lot of fun together – both internally and with our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing status updates from the wider team and sharing with the SLT
  • Raising POs and tracking invoices
  • Providing POs to external vendors to ensure invoices can be processed by account payable
  • Responding to image sourcing requests from external parties
  • Booking meeting rooms and facilitating set up
  • Assisting team with building schedules
  • Managing product nominations and samples for shoots
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Assisting with hospitality requests on shoots
  • Ensuring the space is well stocked with refreshments and creative supplies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Process orientated and organised
  • Prioritisation and delegation skills
  • Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint / Word
  • Some knowledge of a creative agency or similar is ideal
