Responsibilities

  • Grow the SFT franchise business.
  • Represent the company at conferences, panels, and market advocacy events.
  • Engage with the market and monitor regulatory developments to identify partnership opportunities and new strategies.
  • Support commercial colleagues on cross‑product sales and provide SFT expertise, working closely with product management and operations on product maintenance and roll‑out.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, especially within the SFT sector.
  • Knowledge of front‑office and post‑trade functions in securities financing transactions, having worked for a securities lending infrastructure provider, agent lender or borrower in a sales, relationship, or client‑management role.
  • Experience in market infrastructure or investment banking, with expertise in cash equities (essential) and equity derivatives or ETFs (desirable).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills to develop comprehensive business cases.
  • Proven networking and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to travel, based in London or Amsterdam.
