A role has arisen in a high performing FTSE 100 business for a UK Tax Manager to support the Group Tax Director to take ownership for the Group's corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations for the UK businesses.
This is a broad role that would be ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership over processes, whilst also supporting the tax team with other projects.
Specific responsibilities include
Working with the outsourced provider to ensure tax compliance obligations are met
Support the preparation and review of Group tax reporting for external reporting purposes, including assisting with year-end and interim reporting processes.
Support the Group's Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) framework and wider tax risk management processes
Lead and support a variety of tax projects, working collaboratively with finance teams and other stakeholders across the business.
The business has a flexible approach to hybrid working but would like someone to come to their Central London offices 2-3 times a week.
You will have a strong track record of managing compliance and reporting in the UK and ideally be qualified accountant or tax advisor.
