Contracts Officer
London, Hybrid | £36,000-£40,000 | Permanent
Cedar Recruitment are currently supporting a Public Sector organisation in London to recruit a Contracts Officer on a hybrid basis, to oversee a range of building contracts. This role offers the opportunity to manage contractor performance, ensure compliance and deliver value for money across a range of services.
Main Duties:
- Manage building services contracts, including planned and reactive maintenance.
- Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and statutory requirements.
- Oversee contract variations, quotations, budgets and expenditure.
- Conduct contract reviews, audits and site inspections to ensure compliance.
- Support procurement, tendering, contract renewals and financial reporting.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience managing building services or facilities management contracts within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of contractor performance, KPIs, SLAs and compliance.
- Experience in budget monitoring, cost control and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident managing competing priorities and challenging contractors when required.
