Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care that respects residents' individual needs, preferences, dignity, and rights.
- Support residents with personal care, daily living activities, nutrition, hydration, and social engagement.
- Comply with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, the Mental Capacity Act, and organisational policies at all times.
- Accurately complete care records, daily notes, and incident reports in a timely and confidential manner.
