- What You Can Expect From The Role
- Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications.
- Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices.
- Support post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required.

- Proven experience in implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Supply Chain module areas.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
