  • What You Can Expect From The Role
  • Deliver functional expertise within IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance (e. g. work orders, service contracts, scheduling, field service, etc.)
  • Work closely with clients to understand service operations, gather requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions
  • Configure and tailor IFS Service & Maintenance modules in line with business needs and best practices
  • Support the full project lifecycle; from discovery and design through testing, training, and go-live
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations to improve service processes and system usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Projects
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise within IFS Service & Maintenance
  • Support post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • What We Will Look For In Your CV
  • Experience working with IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance, ideally in a consulting or implementation role
  • Strong understanding of service operations, such as field service, asset management, maintenance planning, or service delivery processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a project team.
