Althevity is a premium longevity and wellness supplement brand. We offer Longevity Blend and Gut Harmony, with an Electrolytes range launching soon. We are backed by CECOS Group, a 40-year-old, family-run education institution with a strong presence in the UK and abroad, giving us the investment and stability of an established group with the agility of a challenger brand. We are at an inflection point: strong products, a growing audience, and real investment behind us but we need a commercially-minded leader to take the brand from where it is to a well-established DTC business.

The Role: We are looking for a Head of Growth & Ecommerce to take full ownership of Althevity's commercial strategy, website sales, paid acquisition, retention, and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role: You'll set the strategy and be close enough to the work to execute where it matters, especially in the first year. You'll be the senior commercial voice in the brand, helping us grow the team, directing our Social Media Manager's content and campaign priorities, working alongside our Amazon specialist to align marketplace activity with the wider growth plan, and reporting results directly to the founders.

What You'll Own:

  • DTC & Website Sales: Full ownership of our Shopify store's performance: conversion rate optimisation, landing pages, subscription and retention mechanics, and revenue targets.
  • Paid Acquisition: Plan and manage budget across Meta, Google, and other paid channels to drive profitable customer acquisition.
  • Email & SMS: Build out retention and lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo or similar) to grow repeat purchase and LTV.
  • Team Leadership: Brief, direct, and manage our Social Media Manager against a content and commercial calendar; grow the team further as revenue scales.
  • Marketplace Alignment: Work with our Amazon account manager to ensure marketplace strategy supports the overall brand and revenue goals.
  • Growth Roadmap & Reporting: Build the commercial roadmap, set KPIs, and report performance and strategy directly to the founders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in DTC/ecommerce growth, ideally within supplements, skincare, beauty, or wellness.
  • You understand the customer psychology of trust, claims, and repeat purchase in this category.
  • A track record of building a growth engine from a small base not just managing one that was already working.
  • Strong grasp of Shopify, paid social/search, email/SMS marketing, and conversion optimisation.
  • Comfortable being hands-on. This isn't a role where you only direct; you'll be in the detail, especially early on.
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
  • UK market experience essential; exposure to US market launch is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary + performance-linked bonus tied to revenue growth.
  • The backing and stability of an established investment group (CECOS Group).
  • Real autonomy to build and shape the brand's commercial strategy from the ground up.
  • A genuine opportunity to take Althevity from where it is today to a multi-million-pound brand.
