Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform GST filing and ensure timely submission
- Prepare corporate tax computation and filing (Form C-S / Form C)
- Prepare and maintain group accounts and consolidation
- Supervise and guide 2 accounting staff
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents
- Liaise with management, auditors, tax agents, and relevant departments
- Support daily finance operations and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Hands-on experience with GST filing, corporate tax, full set accounts, and financial statements
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Auto Count, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience in audit or tax
- Familiar with Singapore accounting and tax regulations
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 (commensurate with experience)
