Salary - up to £45,000 base salary + service charge (circa £15,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing as a Sous Chef:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a smooth and efficient kitchen.
- Help lead, train, and mentor junior team members.
- Ensure high standards of health and safety, food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials.
- Be hands-on, working across different sections during busy service periods.
About you, our new Sous Chef:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
- A passion for sustainability, seasonality, and a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results during busy service.
- A team player who can guide and lead junior team members with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A desire to learn and progress within the industry.
