A snapshot of what you'll be doing Front of House:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
- Have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issue that may arise.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bar tenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
