The Role: At Soho House, a Head Bartender plays an essential part in overseeing the day-to-day execution of beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation, and delivering a refined and memorable experience for our members and guests. Working closely with the Bar Manager, you will lead by example, showcasing exceptional mixology skills, strong product knowledge, and outstanding guest service.

Your main responsibility is for training junior staff, maintaining stock and cleanliness standards, and supporting the development and execution of innovative beverage menus, ensuring the smooth running of the bar while upholding the values and elevated service culture of the club.
