We help to transform the way consumers interact with products and services and how they navigate the environment around us, every day. This might be by scanning a QR code on product for more information, by triggering an audio experience that helps navigate a new space, or delivering an interactive and relevant answer via one of our AI partners.
We are now looking for a Global Connected Pack Programme Manager to join our team, and be embedded with global FMCG clients.
Workplace Type / Job location: Remote, with hybrid options (2-3 days a month in the London office, more office days possible if preferred).
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: £40,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Description:
- Pioneer the digital revolution, transforming how consumers interact with everyday products.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Guide global FMCG brands through the complete Connected Packaging journey, from QR code generation to pack execution and artwork testing. You\’ll be at the forefront of digitising the consumer experience for millions of products worldwide.
- Drive Performance Excellence: Deliver cutting-edge analytics, reporting, and performance optimization for live campaigns that are reshaping consumer engagement. Your insights will unlock new possibilities for brands to connect with their customers.
- Operationalise Networks: Manage agencies, technology providers and stakeholders to ensure pioneering best practices are consistently applied across digital packaging initiatives.
- Shape Strategic Vision: Produce influential monthly reports for external stakeholders showcasing adoption rates, breakthrough projects, and emerging opportunities in the connected packaging space.
- Monitor Revolutionary Change: Track and analyse Connected Packaging programme adoption across global markets, identifying trends that will define the future of consumer interaction. You\’ll have your finger on the pulse of digital commerce evolution.
- Champion Global Innovation: Support transformative Connected Packaging initiatives across international brands, helping them unlock the full potential of digitized consumer touchpoints. Every project you touch will push the boundaries of what\’s possible in retail innovation. We have several workstreams with technology and AI partners, which are challenging the sector and defining new innovations in this space.
- Join the team digitizing billions of consumer interactions and defining the future of product engagement.
Requirements:
- 2:1 degree (preferred) in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Marketing or Business Management, but open to applicants with degrees in other subjects who are interested in the sector, or have FMCG experience
- 1-3 years experience in an office, technology or CPG environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and project tracking). Comfortable trialling and using new technologies and web CMS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Strong client service, with the ability to adapt solutions for different audiences and stakeholders.
- You’ll be a self-starter, comfortable working independently to achieve your objectives, and collaborating with your team as and when needed. The wider team is always available for training and support.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Familiarity with project management at scale.
- Experience working in large corporate or FMCG environments.
