Ceaton Security Services is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our four divisions: Fire, Security, Passive Fire and Automation.

This hands-on sales role opens doors, builds lasting relationships and turns opportunities into customers, with commission on top of a £40,000 base salary.

You will generate and win new business, manage a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with the Sales Manager and operations to close deals while maintaining CRM accuracy and forecasts.
