About the Role
Join our team as a Service Administrator supporting our Wingfield brand. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring all service documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is an ideal opportunity for an entry-level administrator looking to build skills, gain experience, and grow their career within a small supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Manager and Service Supervisor by handling customer calls, asking the right questions to enable accurate and timely responses.
- Submit all warranty repair orders within 14 days of job completion.
- Manage the full invoice-processing workflow, including opening and closing service jobs.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders, ensuring timely approval for payment.
- Prepare customer quotes using the Reynolds & Reynolds system.
- Liaise with sublet contractors to coordinate work and confirm service details.
- Allocate technicians’ hours to repair orders accurately.
- Complete weekly timesheets and maintain organised, up-to-date filing.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure all tasks comply with relevant OH&S requirements.
