We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Bar Manager to join a luxury hotel in Windsor, ahead of an exciting new restaurant and bar launch. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-profile refurbishment, working closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver a refined, high-quality bar experience from pre-opening through to launch and beyond.

As Bar Manager, you will take ownership of the bar offering, curating a polished yet approachable drinks experience that reflects the hotel's commitment to quality, provenance and exceptional guest service. You will lead and inspire the team, ensuring consistently high standards and a confident, professional service style.

The Person

The successful Bar Manager will have the following:

  • Experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Manager within a premium or luxury environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and wider beverage trends
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, polished guest experiences
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team
  • A calm and confident approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personal Licence holder preferred
