Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef - Independent Dining Pub - Cobham
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at a fantastic independently owned dining pub in Cobham. This is a great opportunity for a strong chef with experience in busy, fresh-food kitchens who enjoys working within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
The Perks
Basic salary of up to £38,000
TRONC currently around £10,000 per annum
Annual bonus of up to £4,000 depending on position
Approximate annual earnings of £52,000
Paid overtime for hours worked over 48 hours

The kitchen has a strong focus on freshly prepared food using well-sourced ingredients, with a varied menu alongside daily Chef's Specials, fresh fish and traditional Sunday roasts.
The Person
The successful Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef will:
Have previous Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
Have a strong background in fresh-food pubs or restaurants
Be comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Have experience maintaining high standards during busy services
Be confident leading and motivating a kitchen team
Have strong organisation, stock control and kitchen management skills
Be passionate about fresh food and quality ingredients
Be flexible to work evenings and weekends
