We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a passionate front-of-house team delivering exceptional food, outstanding 5* service, and an unrivalled guest experience. This is an exciting new opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with Michelin or 3 AA Rosette experience within a 5* hotel operation to join on the next stage of an incredible journey.

In this role, you will lead and oversee the operation of the main restaurant while supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the leadership and management of service across the wider food and beverage offering, including additional dining outlets, bar, afternoon tea, and private dining. You will be responsible for driving exceptional service standards across the department, ensuring a consistent guest experience across all outlets, and delivering overall departmental success.

A key focus will be on developing, coaching, and inspiring the team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. As Restaurant Manager, you will use your natural leadership and people management skills to develop the team, drive 5* service standards, and elevate the overall dining experience.

The Person

  • Experience within a premium fine dining environment at Michelin or 3 AA Rosette level
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Confidence in running all aspects of a high-end restaurant operation
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a team across multiple outlets
  • A strong desire to work within a Michelin or multi-Rosette environment
  • Good wine knowledge and the ability to work closely with the Head Sommelier
  • Experience working to 5* standards with the ability to lead from the front
  • Excellent communication skills with a personable and dynamic approach
  • Impeccable standards and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Immaculate presentation and professionalism
  • Ideally based locally to Malmesbury, Wiltshire, or able to relocate
