We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Spa Director for an award-winning spa within a 5-star hotel establishment. As Spa Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the spa facility, developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the spa's offerings, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction at all times.

The successful Spa Director will have:
- Previous senior leadership experience of managing a luxury spa within a 5* hotel environment

- A proven track record of managing complex spa operations
- Expert knowledge of front of house and back of house protocols and processes
- Previous experience of swimming pool and thermal facility management
- Advanced skills in budgeting; profit and loss account; payroll management and driving revenue opportunities
