We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our ever-growing team at our traditional artisan bakery. As Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and rolls, ensuring consistency, excellence, and timely production each day.

The Place
A well-established traditional bakery known for producing high-quality handmade breads and baked goods. The bakery operates early morning shifts to ensure fresh products are available daily, maintaining strong standards of craftsmanship and customer service.
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday: 3:00am-10:30am
- Saturday: 5:00am-8:30am
- Closed Sundays (except Good Friday)
The Person
The ideal Baker will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in baking
- Strong experience making bread dough, hand moulding, and traditional baked goods
- Peel oven experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early mornings
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for baking and creativity in product development
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
