We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work in this fabulous restaurant and bar co-owned by a renowned Michelin Star Chef. As the Sous Chef you will be assisting in leading the team in preparing refined, modern Irish dishes with international influences. You must have experience in wood fire cooking.

The menu features a variety of dishes, including whole cuts of meat, fresh fish, seasonal vegetables, raw seafood, and hearty Irish specials, all prepared with a focus on quality produce and seasonal cooking. The open-plan kitchen centers around a charcoal grill, contributing to the restaurant\’s warm and inviting ambiance.
The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:

• Experience as a Sous in a restaurant with wood fire cooking
• Must have fresh food dining experience
• Driven, an excellent communicator and true team player is essential
• Professional kitchen experience
• Creative and hard working
• Strong leader
• Longevity in previous roles and at Sous Chef level for minimum 1-2 years in wood fire
• Passionate to progress and learn
