Experienced Sous Chef – Daytime only hours
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef for an award winning, independent company based in the heart of London. As the Sous Chef you will support and run the kitchen in the absence of the Head chef and maintain standards and quality to create an unforgettable experience for all guests. You will work, encourage and inspire the young eager team, be passionate about modern British dining to impeccable standards, they are hoping to achieve a Rosette once the refurb is complete come Spring.

The Person
The successful Sous Chef will have the following:
- Experience in modern British dining
- Must be personable, adaptable and passionate
- Ability to lead a strong team in absence of Head chef
- Rosette or Michelin experience
- Worked in fine dining premium establishments
- Proven track record of stability in jobs
- Would consider a strong Junior Sous who is ready for the next step but must have a positive and driven personality
- Highly organised and work well under pressure
